Writer (News)
This is a volunteer position.
If you are good at hunting down breaking news and reporting them objectively, like every true journalist should, then this is the position for you. You will be tasked with sourcing and writing up news pieces on daily basis. Sometimes, topics might be assigned by an editor, whenever we get some insider info that has yet to go public.
Requirements:
- Applicants must be proactive and must source news themselves, whenever possible;
- Applicants must be at least 18 years old;
- Applicants must be able to communicate well in written English (US or British);
- Applicants must have great attention to detail;
- Previous experience in a media is a plus;
- Previous WordPress experience is a plus;
Responsibilities:
- Writing news on daily basis;
- Finding appropriate images to accompany any written text;
- Submitting error-free text;
- Actively driving traffic to their content via personal social media accounts and other personal channels;

This is a volunteer position.
If you have a good eye for detail and you are good at picking games apart, maybe you would fit right in as a reviews writer. Your job will be to produce reviews and previews for games that we give you (or ones that you buy yourself) in a timely and orderly fashion.

Fresh article ideas are the blood of every media. As a Features & Editorials Writer, you will be tasked with creating such ideas and transforming them into stellar content that will keep users coming back for more.
