Xbox One X Hotel Will Open in Australia

The Xbox One X will launch on November 7, but fans in Australia will get the chance to try it early. A special “boutique, gaming-themed sleepover experience” will open two days ahead of that – on November 3. The experience, called Xbox Stay N’ Play, will resemble a tiny hotel. It will be full of Xbox One X units and it will remain open until November 5.

Xbox Stay N’ Play will be located in Pirrama Park, Pyrmont, in Sydney. It will feature four suites, each with a distinct theme that resembles popular games available on the console. These include Forza Motorsport 7Assassin’s Creed Origins, and Minecraft.

The two-guest suites will include 4K HDR television sets and Dolby Atmos-enabled headsets. Additionally, a Gold Standard concierge will supply players with any Xbox One X Enhanced Game they request.

Reservations are now open for both sleepovers and two-hour day sessions. Both options are for two players at a time. Guests that choose the sleepover option will have to check in at 8:00 PM and check out 12 hours later.

What’s more, a walk-in lobby will be available. This means that even if players do not book a sleepover or a day session, they will still have the chance to test the new console.

In case you don’t want to test the console early, you can pre-order it right now. The Xbox One X is available for pre-order from the Microsoft Store, as well as select retailers around the globe. It will be available for purchase on launch day, November 7.
